What’s your shipping policy?

Doggie Bag Delivers will ship your selected product to you at no charge for orders over $49, or a flat rate at $10.99. This program is available in the USA only, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.


What’s your return policy?

Every precaution was taken to ensure the best selection for your pet. If your pet has an allergic reaction or does not do well on a particular product, please contact support. Returns must be within two weeks of receiving and bags must be minimum 75% full.


Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?

Not at this time.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable support representatives are available to answer your questions support@mg.doggiebagdelivers.com. You may also contact Canine Caviar with product questions.


Do you have auto-ship?

Yes we do! We have an auto-ship program set up to ship out any item on our site every month! We also have several other options for shipping frequency on kibble and treats.


How do I turn off auto-ship?

From your account page you can access your subscriptions and use the toggle to turn off your auto-ship or alter the renewal frequency.


Can I renew my auto-ship early?

Absolutely, from your account -> subscriptions page you have the option to renew your auto-ship now.


When should I reorder food?

It depends on how much you are feeding, but our Canine Caviar kibble is high in calories and does not require as much as your generic kibble. As such, the kibble lasts longer, generally over a month. However to be on the safe side, you should reorder when you are halfway through your bag to allow for shipping. It is also a good idea to order another as soon as you open your bag, that way you always have an extra on rotation.


How can I rotate proteins?

Using our auto-ship program you can set up multiple kibble auto-ships with different month renewal frequencies allowing for an effective protein rotation.


Where do you ship from?

We have a West coast and a East coast distributor that ships out our products. Depending on your location and the availability of the product, your product will ship out from one of our distributors to your door.


How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 24 hours for processing and 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday) for shipping. Generally speaking if your order is placed on a business day before 11:00am(PDT), it will ship same day. However, if placed in the afternoon it will likely be shipped out the next day. Please allocate allocate enough days to receive your pets food before running out. Shipping may take up to 5 business days.
