What is Doggie Bag Delivers?

I am so glad you asked! Doggie Bag Delivers is a small online retailer specializing in premium health and science-based dog products. You will not find any multimillion-dollar brands on our site. Our focus is on supporting fellow independent and family-owned businesses like ourselves and showcasing their amazing products. Since the company’s inception in 2020, we have grown a wonderful community of pet parents and look to continue bringing wonderful people and wonderful products together.

Premium Health? Science-Based? What does that mean?

We want to do more than give your dog tasty food. We want to provide dogs with meals, treats, and products that are good for them too! We offer products that are innovators and overachievers when it comes to the health of your dog. Natural and healthy dog treats, pet products backed by research, holistic brands that give you peace of mind. The health of your dog and science behind supporting your dog’s health are important to us and it reflects in our product selection.

What products do you offer?

We currently offer kibble, treats, and supplements from Canine Caviar and Papa Bow Wow. We are working hard to bring new partners and products to our site this year so look forward to our expanding product showcase.

Are new products on the way?

Yes! We have new brands and products coming to Doggie Bag Delivers this year. Stay informed and sign up to our newsletter so you can be the first to know when new products come out.


How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 48 hours for processing and 7-14 business days (Monday – Friday) for shipping. We do our best to ship same day, but some orders won’t be shipped until next business day. The earlier you order the better. Please allocate enough days to receive your dog’s food before running out. Shipping delays can occur and increase delivery times.

When should I reorder food?

It depends on how much you are feeding. A good rule of thumb is to reorder when you have about 10% of product leftover for single small dogs. For multiple dogs and Large dogs, 20-25%. If you like to be on the safe side, you should reorder when you are halfway through your bag to allow for shipping. You can also sign up for Auto Ship if you know you are going to make recurring orders.

Auto ship subscriptions

What is auto ship?

Our auto-ship program is for customers looking to make recurring orders of product. We ship out the products you want at your desired frequency! We have our most popular options available on site from 2 weeks up to 4 months. We also have a “Manual Renewal” option for customers who want more control over their recurring orders.

How do I turn on manual renewal?

Here is how you turn on Manual Renewal:

  1. Click on “My Account”
  2. Click on “Subscriptions”
  3. Click on the “View” button next to the subscription you would like to update.
  4. Turn the button next to “Auto renewal off.” It should now be grey.
  5. Manual Renewal is now set.

How do I put my auto ship on hold?

Maybe you bought more food than you needed or plan to go on vacation. No problem! Contact us to put your subscription/s on hold. Contact us again to reactivate! Emails will be answered with 24 hours.

How do I cancel my auto ship?

  1. Click on “My Account”
  2. Click on “Subscriptions”
  3. Click on the “View” button next to the subscription you would like to update
  4. Click the “Cancel” button

How do I change addresses on my auto ship subscription?

  1. Click on “My Account”
  2. Click on “Subscriptions”
  3. Click on the “View” button next to the subscription you would like to update.
  4. Click the “Change Address” button
  5. You can now change the shipping address information. Make the changes you want and save.

I want to renew my auto ship now. What do I do?

  1. Click on “My Account”
  2. Click on “Subscriptions”
  3. Click on the “View” button next to the subscription you would like to update.
  4. Click the “Renew now” button

I want my order to renew at a later date? Change renewal frequency?

If you want to change the date of your next renewal or the frequency, please Contact us and we will make the changes within 24 hours.


What is your shipping policy?

Doggie Bag Delivers will ship your selected product to you at no charge for orders over $65, or a flat rate at $10.99. This program is available in the USA only, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Do you ship overseas or P.O. boxes?

We do not at this time.

Where do you ship from?

We have a West coast and an East coast warehouse that ships out our products. Depending on your location and the availability of the product, your product will ship out from one of our distributors to your door.

What is the return policy?

Every precaution was taken to ensure the best selection for your pet. If your pet has an allergic reaction or does not do well on a particular product, please contact support. Returns must be within two weeks of receiving and bags must be minimum 75% full.

My Account

How do I update my payment information?

  1. Click on “My Account”
  2. Click on “Payment Methods”
  3. Add or update with your new payment information.
  4. Delete any old payment information you do not wish to be saved.

How do I change my password?

  1. Click on “My Account”
  2. Click on “Account Details”
  3. You can now enter your current password and enter the new password you’d like to create.
  4. Save changes and you are all set.

Can I leave reviews of my favorite products?

To leave a review you can just follow these quick steps:

  1. Make sure you are logged into your Doggie Bag account otherwise you will not be able to leave a review.
  2. Go to the product page for the specific product you wish to leave a review for
  3. Scroll down until you see “Reviews” on the left side of the page and click it.
  4. You will now see reviews left by other customers. Scroll down again until you see the text box where you can leave your review.
  5. Give a star rating, write your review, and submit.
  6. Your review will then be sent for approval!
